UNdo: PDx POLICY:
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
Occupancy: All rates are based on full
capacity of the house (max. 6 people), each
additional guest is $35.00/night. There is a
five night minimum stay.
Pet Policy: Well-mannered, indoor dogs are
welcomed at Undo:PDx. As we wish to
continue to allow canines to visit, please no
barkers, biters or otherwise unsocialized
animals.
The daily rate with a pet is $20.00 per pet
above the nightly charge plus a
nonrefundable $30.00 cleaning fee.
50% deposit is due in order to hold the
reservation. The balance is due at time of
arrival.
Cancellation policy: Two week (14 day)
notice is required to avoid charges for most
reservations. Thirty (30) day notice may be
required for some holidays and for any
specials we may be running. Cancellations
made prior to the cancellation deadline are
subject to a $25.00 processing fee, and your
deposit is refunded to you. If a reservation is
made within our cancellation deadline, it is
considered definite and the deposit
becomes non-refundable.
Unlike large chain hotels and resorts, we do
not overbook in anticipation of
cancellations. The house is reserved for your
party alone, from the time you book your
stay. As such, cancellations on short notice
make it extremely difficult to rebook
vacancies. For this reason, once within the
cancellation period, we are unable to
accommodate cancellations, change of
dates or shortening of your stay without forfeit
of your room charges.
If this is a concern for you, we highly
recommend that you consider travel
insurance, which is widely available and will
compensate you in the event that
unforeseen circumstances disrupt your plans.
Case or personal checks are greatly
appreciated, and will receive a 5% discount.
